Emily is a Florida native who has concentrated her practice exclusively in Workers’ Compensation Law since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2023. After graduating from Nova High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. Her first mentor once told her, “If you like puzzles, you’ll like being a lawyer.” With innate curiosity, sharp analytical skills, and grit, Emily genuinely enjoys litigation and approaches each case like a puzzle.
Propelled by enthusiasm, Emily represented injured workers before her role as a defense attorney. She challenges the stereotypical adversarial attorney archetype with a collaborative approach, without compromising her meticulously crafted arguments. Emily’s experience, led by empathy, cultivated a deep understanding of the importance of integrity in supporting an “efficient and self-executing system” as the Legislature intended. Grounded by the rewarding nature of problem-solving, she navigates high-pressure environments with unwavering composure.
Emily adores her dog, Billie, and enjoys taking her on long walks in her spare time. She lives in a household of Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans and has an unapologetic fondness for the Real Housewives.
