Joshua Scott Olin

Joshua started his legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases for three years. During his time at the State Attorney’s Office, he held numerous supervisory positions and handled both misdemeanors and felonies.

After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Joshua worked for a prestigious insurance defense firm, where he was able to hone his litigation and analytical skills. Just prior to joining KFB, Joshua was a commercial litigator handling an array of commercial disputes.

In his current role, Joshua advises dealerships on compliance with current state and federal regulations, works to facilitate the purchase/sale of dealerships, and advises on other day-to-day operations in the automobile dealership space.

Joshua is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
